I'm Vinay Narasimhamurthy

Product designer with 9 years leading user experience in enterprise technology companies, backed by 13 years in software engineering and technical leadership.

My career path: Software Engineer → Engineering Manager → Product Owner → Design Leadership → UX Architect

I led UX design within engineering and technical roles at companies without formal design career ladders (Broadcom, Radisys) before transitioning to my first official UX title at Sanas in 2025.

This path gave me unique strengths: deep technical credibility, systems thinking, and the ability to bridge engineering and design.
